This Skoda Octavia vRS performance exhaust is made in 2.75"/69.9mm pipework and replaces the centre resonator/silencer allowing for smoother gas flow rates for improved power delivery and a noticeably enhanced exhaust tone.

Sound test results:

Sound - Engine at Idle: 56.5dB (+1dB) - Static 3,800rpm test: 83.5dB (+5.6dB)

The Cobra Sport resonator delete improves the sound of the car, increasing in volume but more importantly producing a deeper better quality sporty sound.

All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.

Note - Fits to O/E exhaust only - the original pipework will have to be cut to enable this exhaust to fit the vehicle.

Ever since its launch in 2001, the Skoda Octavia vRS has been regarded as one of the best all-round hot hatches on the market as it is balances fun and practicality, making it an excellent daily driver. The third generation Octavia vRS followed on from the success of predecessors, and Skoda worked tirelessly to ensure that it is improved over the previous models. The third generation Octavia vRS utilised VW's successful EA888 2.0 TSI engine from its cousin, the Mk7 Golf GTI boasting 245BHP which results in a 0-62MPH time of 6.7 seconds and a top speed of 155MPH.

Whilst these healthy performance figures make the perfect recipe for the ultimate daily driver hot hatch, the Octavia vRS is let down by its standard exhaust system, which is muted from the factory, limiting the aural potential of the power plant and resulting in a disappointing drive. 

For those who want to subtly enhance the sound of their Octavia vRS hatchback, Cobra Sport has the solution with their resonator delete performance exhaust. The static sound testing revealed a +5.6dB increase over standard on the 3,800rpm static sound test matched with a deeper significantly sportier exhaust tone.

This Cobra Sport performance exhaust has been developed using 2.75" (69.9mm) mandrel bent T304 stainless steel pipework which allows for smoother gas flow rates for improved power delivery and a noticeably enhanced exhaust tone.
