How To Return:
Step 1: Request a return via our Returns Hub linked above.
Step 2: Once approved, complete the Returns Form linked above and include it in your package.
Step 3: Drop your package at a Collect+ location (UK only) or use your own courier. For international shipping labels*, contact us info@tmcmotorsport.com
*International shipping labels are only available for selected destinations.
Duration: Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
Non-returnable items: Special order and built-to-order items.
Restocking Fee: Unwanted returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
Partial Refunds: Granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to our error, and for returns made after 30 days.
Tuning Box & Powerpedal Products: Returnable within 30 days of delivery, with a £30 + VAT fee for correctly supplied items.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- There are no additional charges (fees) for returns.
UK Customers:
- A Collect+ label will be supplied for returns.
- The cost for returning a package up to 10kg (60x50x50 cm) is £6.60 incl. VAT, deducted from your refund.
- For packages outside this size, please arrange an alternative shipping method.
Tracking & Insurance: For items over £75, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Late/Missing Refunds: If not received, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If still unresolved, contact us at info@tmcmotorsport.com.
Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items. Contact us at info@tmcmotorsport.com for exchanges.
Used Items: Returns not accepted except when items deviate from described condition. "Used" items are clearly marked on our webshop.
